I led the UX/UI design for My Healing Mate (MHM), a new digital platform for cancer patients and caregivers. The goal was to create a supportive community and a trusted resource hub. The healthcare landscape is often complex and overwhelming, causing users to feel isolated and confused by fragmented information.

My new design made the platform's features clear, accessible, and intuitive. This user-centric approach directly contributed to a more empathetic experience and a greater sense of empowerment for users. I proved this worked by measuring improved user satisfaction, increased communication between patients and oncologists, and better access to support resources after launch.

Streamlined Information Access

I completely reorganized the content. I added a new search feature with robust filters and a "Summarize" button to break down complex medical terms into simple, easy-to-read language.
